Gus Harris - Orange County Representative

Currently, Mr. Harris is the Building and Facilities Director for the Stark Foundation in Orange, Texas. Prior to his association with the Stark Foundation, Mr. Harris served as the Site Owner Representative for the Shangri-La Project in Orange. Mr. Harris is retired from DuPont de Nemours E.I. & Co. and is the owner of the Farmers Mercantile Company and a partner in Harris Farms.
He is a graduate of Texas A&M College in College Station, Texas with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.

MMs. Fowler is the principal of Dick Dowling Elementary School. She has served as the principal of DeQueen Elementary School, a Facilitator for Port Arthur Independent School District, Curriculum Specialist and Elementary Supervisor, Assistant Principal at Travis Elementary School and teaching first grade at Washington and Travis Elementary Schools. Ms. Fowler is a certified trainer for "Teach Students of Poverty" program.
