The Spindletop MHMR Substance Abuse treatment programs provide residential and outpatient services. Treatment includes individual, group and family counseling along with aftercare, relapse prevention, education and support groups. Mental health services are offered for the dual diagnosed clients. Youth prevention and intervention programs are offered at four housing complex sites and provide young people with an array of educational information and activities designed to offer an alternative to using drugs and alcohol.
